Do you use colour-coded equipment for clinical areas?
Yes, where required. We follow standard colour-coding so cloths and mops used in clinical or washroom areas never cross over into general spaces. We tailor it to your practice's infection-control policy.
Can you handle clinical waste?
We can manage and segregate clinical waste handover, and coordinate the licensed collection. The actual disposal goes through a licensed clinical-waste contractor, with the paperwork kept on file for you.
Are your team comfortable working around patient appointments?
Yes. Most of our clinical work happens at the start or end of the clinical day, or on a quiet half-day. We're invisible during patient hours and we know how to behave around a waiting room.
