Are all your team PVG-checked?
Anyone who works at a nursery, school or tuition centre is PVG-checked, with the certificate on file. We never send anyone to a children's setting who isn't cleared for that work.
Can you handle the holiday deep-clean window?
Yes. Holiday windows are tight, we know. We plan deep cleans well in advance with the head or estates contact, and we resource enough team to finish on the day you need to reopen.
Do you keep our safety paperwork for inspections?
Yes. Fire safety, legionella, PAT and emergency-light certificates are kept in a folder we share with you, and we remind you when anything is due so an inspection never catches you out.
