Do you photograph end-of-tenancy cleans?
Yes. Every end-of-tenancy clean is photographed room by room before we leave. Photos go to you the same day so you have a complete record before the next check-in.
Can you clean a flat the same day a tenancy ends?
Usually yes for Glasgow and Edinburgh, with a couple of days' notice. We hold same-day capacity for our regular letting-agent partners and slot one-off jobs around them.
Do you keep track of HMO safety dates for me?
Yes. We track gas safety, EICR, fire safety, smoke and heat alarm checks and HMO licence renewals, and we send you a reminder a month before anything is due. You don't need to keep your own list.
