How we work

A simple way to work with a local team you can actually call.

How it goes from first phone call to seeing the same faces every week. No long contracts, no small print, no surprises at the end of the month.

  1. 01

    A friendly phone call

You tell us what you need and what's been going wrong. No pressure, no canned pitch. Five minutes, maybe ten.

  2. 02

    A free walk-round

We pop in at a time that suits you, have a look at the place, and ask a few questions about how you'd want us to work. No obligation either way.

  3. 03

    A simple fixed quote

A flat monthly price, written down on one page, based on what you actually need. Not a template. Not pages of small print. The price we quote is the price you pay.

  4. 04

    A quiet start

We agree a start date that works for you. If you're switching from someone else, we wait until you're ready, you tell them when it suits. Our first week is about getting to know your place.

  5. 05

    A quick monthly catch-up

Ten minutes once a month so we can flag anything coming up and you can tell us what's changing. Over a coffee, not a boardroom table.

  6. 06

The same faces, week after week

Same team, same visit times, same routine. Over months and years we get to know your place and your preferences, and it just runs.

FAQs

Questions we get asked most.

Do you have a system we can log in to and track jobs?

Most of our small business clients don't want a portal, they want a person. You call us, we sort it. If you'd like a simple monthly summary by email, we're happy to do that too.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Anything urgent, same day. Anything that can wait until tomorrow morning, first thing. We're local, so we're usually on site within a couple of hours if it really matters.

Do you do everything yourselves?

Cleaning and most small repairs, yes, that's our own team. For specialist jobs like gas or refrigerant work we bring in a trusted local engineer and handle the arrangements, so you still get one invoice.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Most of our clients are on a simple rolling monthly arrangement. A month's notice if you want to leave. We'd rather keep you by being worth keeping.

What if we want to leave?

We'll hand over anything you need for the next provider, certificates, paperwork, a summary of what's been done, and we'll part friends. No drama.
