Scope
We deliver cleaning across a portfolio of teaching spaces, student residences and lab-adjacent areas for one of Scotland's leading Russell Group universities. The job runs on two clocks: the day-to-day cycle that has to keep lecture theatres and shared spaces immaculate while students are in, and the bigger summer reset that turns rooms over for the next intake. Our team scale up and down with the academic calendar, and we provide the documentation the estates team needs for compliance.
Outcome
Zero teaching disruption since handover, full compliance pack maintained for estates audits, and the summer turnover handed back on time every year so the new intake walks into rooms that look untouched.
